Gaza Death Toll Reaches 68,229

according to the English ‌section of ‍ webangah News Agency,‌ citing shehab News Agency via⁤ Mehr News Agency, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza released updated statistics‌ on casualties⁤ from Israeli military strikes on the Gaza Strip since October 7, ⁣2023.

The ministry reported that from October⁢ 7, 2023, ⁤until now, ‌a total of 68,229 people have been killed due to Israeli attacks in ‍Gaza.

The⁢ Palestinian ‍health authority⁣ also stated that the ‌total number of wounded ⁢has reached 170,369.

In‍ the past 24 hours alone,bodies of 13 victims were transferred to hospitals. Among them, six were pulled from beneath rubble while seven died after ​being directly targeted⁣ by occupation ​forces.Additionally, eight people were injured during this period.

The ministry noted that thousands remain missing and ​trapped under rubble across Gaza.

Since a ceasefire was implemented on October 11, 2025, there have been 88 deaths and 311⁤ injuries. During this time frame,432​ bodies have been recovered from debris.

An additional fifteen unidentified bodies were handed ​over by occupation forces,widening the count of recovered bodies to 165.
