Kremlin Responds to Reports of Putin Arriving in Budapest on Trump’s Plane
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency and Sputnik News, dmitry Peskov, Russia’s presidential spokesman (Kremlin), stated on Tuesday that Europeans currently do not support peace and are not helping to resolve the Ukraine issue peacefully.
Peskov continued that European countries are currently encouraging the Kyiv regime to prolong the war. NATO exercises have always been closely monitored by the Russian military. The Russian army closely follows NATO’s exercise plans and objectives, fully analyzes them, and takes necessary actions to prepare its own capabilities accordingly.
The spokesman added that neither Putin nor Trump has set a specific date for their meeting; such a summit requires time and serious preparation. It is indeed premature to discuss possible participation by European Union leaders in any Russia-US meeting in Hungary. Details of this summit have yet to be finalized.
The Kremlin official further noted that proposals for a potential Putin-Trump meeting must follow a coordinated process to be effective. Reports suggesting that Putin might arrive in Budapest on the same plane as Trump are purely imaginative.
