Terrorists Attack Western Idlib in Syria
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Al-Masirah via Mehr news Agency,Syrian media have reported an armed assault targeting passengers on a bus in the Kafr Maris area in western Idlib.
The report states that at least one woman and one man were killed during the attack, with four others sustaining injuries.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights announced yesterday a sharp increase in violent clashes in Homs province, where Alawites have been targeted by unidentified armed groups.
Over the past three days, at least eight people-including two women-have died as an inevitable result of these attacks. Security conditions have worsened substantially in Homs, located in central Syria.
The Observatory added that since the beginning of this year, at least 359 people have lost their lives due to such incidents amid ongoing insecurity across Syria.
Earlier this month, several Syrian Christians were also attacked by unidentified assailants in western Homs.
