Plans Underway to Establish Extensive UAE Embassy in Israel
Israeli sources report the initiation of plans to build a large United Arab Emirates embassy in the occupied territories, covering an area of approximately 2,500 square meters with a total floor space of 15,000 square meters spread over 15 floors.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr News Agency, Al-nashra news website reported from the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth that the Tel Aviv Planning and Construction Committee has approved a proposal to construct a large building on a site of about 2,500 square meters for the UAE embassy in the Herzliya protected area.
The plan allocates this plot specifically for embassy use and permits construction rights totaling 15,000 square meters within a 15-story building. Additionally, one-fifth of the entire building’s area is designated as residential quarters for staff and ambassadors on its upper floors.
