International Court of Justice Begins Session on Condemning the Zionist Regime

the international Court of Justice session concerning Israel’s failure to meet its commitments on humanitarian aid to Palestinians has now started, according to the English section of webangah news Agency, citing BBC.
this case was initiated last year at the request of the United Nations General Assembly.
the court is expected to rule on the legal responsibilities of the Israeli occupying forces towards UN relief agencies such as UNRWA and their role in providing aid to Palestinians.
since the start of Operation Al-Aqsa Storm in Gaza, this is the third case filed against Israel at The Hague’s international courts.
The International Court of Justice is set to issue its judgment within hours regarding Israel’s blockade on Gaza and its obstruction of humanitarian aid deliveries-actions considered violations of international law.
Although this ruling will be an advisory opinion without binding force, it could increase international pressure on israel to cooperate with the United Nations and allow expanded humanitarian access into Gaza.
If delivered, this ruling will be The Hague court’s third decision addressing Israeli actions since hostilities began in Gaza.
