Trump Representatives Hold Talks with UAE National Security Advisor in Abu Dhabi
The U.S. special envoy and the son-in-law of the American president met with the UAE’s National Security Adviser in Abu Dhabi earlier today during their visit too the emirates.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency, WAM, the official news agency of the UAE, reported that Tahnoun bin Zayed, the country’s National Security Adviser, hosted Steve Witkoff, the U.S. special envoy, and his son-in-law Jared Kushner in Abu Dhabi.
The main focus of their meeting was to halt ongoing hostilities and discuss measures to stabilize and strengthen the ceasefire in Gaza.
This meeting took place amid ongoing diplomatic efforts aimed at extending the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
Prior to this visit, Witkoff and Kushner traveled earlier this week to Israeli-occupied territories where they held talks with Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
