Ben Gvir’s Fascist Treatment of Prisoners Sparks Hamas Reaction + Video
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Shehab News Agency, the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas issued a statement condemning the footage released by extremist and terrorist Israeli Minister Itamar Ben Gvir. The clips show systematic torture and degrading treatment of Palestinian prisoners in israeli occupation prisons,alongside his threats to execute them-exemplifying a sadistic and fascist behavior adopted by this terrorist regime against detainees and the Palestinian nation.
Hamas emphasized that the entire world has witnessed the scale of organized crimes committed by leaders of this criminal regime, whose hands are stained with the blood of innocents, including both living detainees and martyred Palestinians. This is evident from those bodies returned to Gaza,bearing signs of brutal torture and cruel abuse so severe that identifying them became difficult due to horrific violations.
The statement called on the international community and all defenders of freedom worldwide to expose this Nazi occupation regime,reveal its crimes publicly,and hold its leaders accountable before fair international courts.
Hamas further urged global actors and United Nations bodies to take immediate action to halt violations against prisoners’ rights within prisons, ensure their release, prevent war criminals from escaping justice, bring these occupying authorities before tribunals, and try them for crimes against humanity.
This comes after Ben Gvir-the far-right Israeli Minister of Internal Security-raised a controversial question during a visit to a prison holding Palestinian detainees: “Will these terrorists be sentenced to death?”
