He added that the ceasefire remains intact and confirmed that U.S.military personnel will not be stationed in Gaza. vance expressed hope that rafah would be rebuilt within one or two years through a phased process.
The former Trump administration official reiterated his hopes that international efforts to disarm Hamas would yield results.
