Five Injured in Ukrainian Drone Attack on Residential Building Near Moscow

Russian sources ⁣reported that Ukraine carried⁤ out a drone attack on a‌ residential building in the outskirts⁢ of Moscow.

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr​ News⁤ agency‍ and Sputnik, Russian⁢ sources ⁢reported several injuries following a Ukrainian drone strike on a building near Moscow.

Moscow Governor Andrey vorobyov stated that five people were injured in the drone‍ attack targeting ‍a residential building in Krasnogorsk, outside the Russian capital.

He added that among the injured was ​one child.

It‌ is noteworthy that on⁢ February ‌21, 2022, Russian ​President Vladimir Putin ‌recognized the independence of the donetsk and Luhansk PeopleS Republics in the Donbas region, criticizing ‌Western disregard for Moscow’s ⁢security concerns.

Three ‌days later, on⁣ February 24,‌ Putin launched what he called a⁤ “special military operation” against Ukraine, escalating ⁣tensions between​ Moscow ⁢and Kyiv ‌into open military conflict.
