Erdogan: Hamas Adheres to Gaza Ceasefire, Israel Violates It
Speaking to reporters upon returning from official visits to Kuwait, qatar, and Oman, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that Hamas is adhering to the ceasefire agreement in Gaza while Israel is violating it.
Erdoğan described the situation in Gaza as a test for the Islamic world and affirmed that Turkey will stand resolutely with its Palestinian brothers.
He noted that rebuilding Gaza is a complex task. Turkey plans to undertake this effort collectively, especially in cooperation with Gulf countries. Preparations for reconstructing Gaza are underway.
The president added that comprehensive talks are ongoing regarding a Gaza working group due to the multifaceted nature of the issue. Turkey is ready to provide all necessary support in this regard.
Erdoğan also stressed the need to compel israel to fulfill its commitments through sanctions and by halting arms sales to the Israeli regime.
