Nabih Berri: National Unity Guarantees Definite Victory Over Israel
The Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament emphasized that the national unity of all Lebanese is the sure guarantee of a decisive victory over the Zionist regime.
According to the English section of webangah news Agency, quoting Mehr News Agency, Nabih Berri, Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament, told Al-Joumhouri newspaper: “We adhere to the mechanism used by the committee overseeing the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in a way that includes all parties.We are fully committed to Resolution 1701 and have no agenda beyond these two.”
He stressed that internal stability and consensus among Lebanese around issues securing Lebanon’s interests are paramount. “Give me unity among Lebanese, and I will give you a guaranteed victory over Israel,” he declared.
