Naftali Bennett Moves to Sideline Netanyahu

According to the english section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr News Agency and Ma’an,former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett discussed forming an opposition front against Benjamin Netanyahu during a closed-door meeting yesterday. The goal is to secure a parliamentary majority.
Bennett stated he aims for the opposition bloc to win 62 seats in the regime’s parliament.
He emphasized, “We must offer opposition representatives an acceptable choice. In our clash with Netanyahu, we know we can win. Relying solely on Trump for certain issues, such as returning the bodies of Israeli prisoners, is irresponsible.”
Bennett also claimed that some Western countries have withdrawn their support from the Israeli regime. He insisted that ultra-Orthodox (Haredi) elements in the occupied territories must also serve in the military.
Simultaneously occurring, Bennett echoed other Israeli leaders’ firm opposition to establishing a Palestinian state.
