South Korea: Trade Talks with U.S. Remain Fragile

According to‌ the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Reuters, South korean President Lee Jae-myung stated that ‍trade talks with the ‍United‌ States are still fragile.

US President Donald Trump announced on Saturday⁤ that a trade agreement with South Korea is “almost finalized.”

Earlier ​in ⁣july,Trump posted on his social media platform Truth Social: “I am pleased to announce that the United States has agreed to a complete adn comprehensive trade deal with the Republic of korea.”

Trump claimed that under this agreement, South Korea ⁣would invest $350 billion in projects favored by him​ within the US ​and purchase $100 billion worth of⁢ liquefied natural gas and other energy products from America.
