Israeli Regime Army Disbands a Platoon

The Israeli army chief has decided to‌ disband the Haredi battalion known as Tomer within​ the Givati Brigade,according to the English section of webangah News ‌Agency, citing Ma’an and Mehr News ⁢Agency.

This decision follows a failure to recruit large numbers‍ of Haredi youth ⁤into the Israeli ⁢military,the report ⁢stated.

Earlier, the Hebrew-language newspaper Haaretz quoted Israeli military sources reporting ⁣that thousands of soldiers ​have deserted since‌ the war against Gaza began.

An Israeli army officer ⁣admitted that these numbers far exceed those officially reported ​by the media.

Additionally, it was recently reported that at least eight Haredi Jewish draft dodgers were ⁤arrested at Ben Gurion Airport.
