Denmark Cancels Air Defense System Purchase from the Zionist Regime

Danish Defense Chief Troels Lund Poulsen stated in a declaration, as reported by webangah News Agency from Mehr News Agency, that Denmark’s defense staff has recommended reallocating funds originally intended for the Barak MX project toward “other initiatives with greater combat effectiveness.”
Israeli media described Denmark’s cancellation of the air defense system purchase as surprising, especially amid current drone threats facing Europe.
The Israeli Barak MX is a multilayered air defense system designed to intercept aircraft, helicopters, short-range ballistic missiles, drones, and cruise missiles.
Over the past year, following Israel’s military actions in Gaza labeled by some as genocidal, several European countries have declined cooperation or arms purchases from Israel. Such as, Spain has imposed a complete arms embargo on Israel, and Israeli defense firms have been barred from participating in arms exhibitions in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.
