Trump Issues Cautious Response to Russia’s Successful Nuclear Missile Test

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik,​ US President Donald Trump responded with apparent concern to Russian‌ President vladimir​ Putin’s announcement⁢ of a successful test of the intercontinental nuclear cruise missile “Burevestnik.”

Speaking‌ to​ reporters, Trump said, “They are not messing‍ around with us,” adding, “And ‍neither are we‍ messing around with them!”

Regarding potential⁣ new sanctions against Russia, he said⁢ he would announce his decision ⁢at the⁢ appropriate time and added, “You will find out.”

Trump also⁢ addressed discussions about‍ the ⁣European Union using frozen Russian assets to fund military⁣ aid for Ukraine.He emphasized that he is not involved in those talks and stated, “You ⁣have to ⁢ask ​the European Union. I’m not part of that issue.”
