Warning Issued Over Transfer of PKK Elements to Northern Iraq

according to the English⁤ section of webangah News Agency,citing Mehr⁢ news Agency⁢ and Al-Maalomah,Uday Abdulhadi,a member of the Coordination Framework coalition,emphasized that the‍ Iraqi government has given no green light for transferring PKK members to northern Iraq.

He added ⁤that the Kurdistan Workers’ Party and its military branch are considered a ​foreign entity. Moving their forces from turkey into northern Iraq or Kurdistan ​Regional Government ⁢borders infringes on ​Iraq’s sovereignty and​ is unacceptable.

Abdulhadi stressed that Baghdad must take a clear ⁤stance on this‌ issue⁣ and prevent the country‍ from becoming a base for foreign armed groups.

Yesterday, the PKK announced it had relocated some fighters from ‌Turkey to northern Iraq.
