Trump and Japan’s Prime Minister Sign Critical Rare Earth Metals Agreement

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Qatar’s Al Jazeera network, US President Donald Trump and Japan’s Prime Minister signed an agreement to ensure access to rare earth elements and critical metals.
The US president claimed that the United States has received requests from Japan for military equipment purchases.
He praised America, stating, “Our country produces the most important military equipment and facilities, from missiles to aircraft, but I hope we don’t have to use many of them.”
Trump also emphasized that more trade agreements with Japan will be made than before,welcoming Japanese investments in the United States.
Japanese Prime Minister Suga yoshihide expressed gratitude toward President Trump for his role in achieving peace in Asia, brokering agreements between Thailand and Cambodia, and facilitating a ceasefire in Gaza.
he added, “The peace agreement reached with Trump’s involvement in the Middle East is an unprecedented historic achievement.”
The prime minister stressed that Japan is ready to cooperate with President Trump in promoting peace and stability. He affirmed that thay are prepared to work together with the United States to ensure security and peace across both the Indian Ocean and Pacific regions.
