Netanyahu’s Defense Attorneys Threaten to Resign
Benjamin Netanyahu’s defense team has threatened to resign in an attempt to prolong his court sessions.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,quoting Mehr News Agency and Maan,Benjamin Netanyahu’s legal team announced yesterday that they would resign if his trial sessions are not slowed down or extended. They argued that holding four sessions per week is excessive.
The lawyers sought to reduce the number of weekly hearings by citing various pretexts, claiming that the regime’s security and political challenges prevent the prime minister from attending all sessions.
Meanwhile, Netanyahu has reportedly missed many trial hearings for different reasons, often due to ongoing military actions against regional countries.
