Petraeus Praises Syrian Terror Leader; Joulani’s Success Works in Our Favor
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing russia Al-Youm, former CENTCOM commander General David Petraeus claimed in an article published by National interest that Abu Muhammad Jolani, leader of the terrorist group controlling Syria, aims to unite the country and establish a governing system inclusive of all Syrian social groups.
He made no mention of the recent massacres of minorities in Syria-including Christians and Alawites-perpetrated by forces loyal to Jolani’s terrorist regime, which have resulted in thousands of casualties.
Petraeus added that despite deep ethnic,sectarian,and tribal divides within Syria,Jolani is determined to achieve this goal. He referenced his meeting with Jolani on the sidelines of United Nations General Assembly sessions in New York and described him as a calm man with profound thinking who is knowledgeable about Syria’s economic developments.
Petraeus also highlighted Jolani’s efforts to establish connections with the Israeli regime, stating it would serve the interests of the United States, Syria, and its neighbors if Jolani succeeds.
