Doha: Engaged with Both Sides to Maintain Gaza Ceasefire

According to the English section of webangah news Agency,quoting Mehr News agency via Sputnik,Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani,Qatar’s Foreign Minister,said that his country is actively communicating with both Israeli and Palestinian parties to ensure the stability of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip despite challenges faced on Tuesday.
He added, ”We are monitoring the difficulties that affected the ceasefire on Tuesday, which was expected. However, fortunately, both sides acknowledge that this agreement must hold.”
The Qatari foreign minister noted, “What happened yesterday was disappointing and we have worked to contain it. Washington remains committed to this agreement.”
He continued, “Our mission today is to guarantee an end to the war and implement what was agreed upon in Sharm El-Sheikh.”
on Tuesday night, Israel violated the Gaza ceasefire once again by launching attacks across various parts of the strip. These assaults resulted in dozens of Palestinians killed or injured.
