Russian Army Advances and Wins New Victories on Ukraine Front
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Sputnik, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the settlement of Novaleksandrovka in the Dnipropetrovsk region has been liberated by Russian armed forces.
The ministryS statement added that Russia’s air defense system shot down 10 US-made HIMARS missiles and destroyed 1,701 Ukrainian drones within one week.
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that units from Russia’s Eastern Army inflicted severe damage on Ukrainian forces during their ongoing advances within Ukraine’s defensive depths, killing 1,950 Ukrainian troops over the past week.
Additionally, the ministry said its forces strengthened positions southeast of Rog in Donetsk and liberated the village of Henativka.
The statement also noted that 23 attempted counterattacks by the Ukrainian army near Krasnoarmiisk failed last week.
