Qasim al-Araji: Iraq Has Overcome Major Challenges

According to the English section of webangah news Agency,citing Iraq’s National Security Office,Qasim al-Araji,Iraq’s National Security Advisor and representative at the Manama dialog 21 conference,met with armenia’s secretary of the Security Council,Armen Grigoryan,on the sidelines of the event.
During thier meeting, both sides discussed enhancing security and intelligence cooperation between their countries. They also exchanged views on expanding collaborative relations and friendship for the benefit of both nations.
Al-Araji congratulated Grigoryan on reaching a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He noted that this agreement would bring peace, stability, and development to the region.
The two officials emphasized the importance of establishing regional peace, building trust, and adopting a policy of dialogue through diplomatic channels to resolve international issues.
Al-Araji stressed that Iraq has passed through notable challenges and is now opening its doors to countries in the region and beyond.
He added that Iraq’s government has adopted a policy of constructive dialogue aimed at strengthening regional and global security and stability through wise handling of regional and international affairs.
Grigoryan expressed thankfulness for Iraq’s government policy and active diplomatic role in preventing further tensions in the region at the conclusion of their meeting.
