Washington: The Era of U.S. Regime-Change Policies Is Over

The director of the US National Intelligence admits to the failure of America’s regime-change policy.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Mayadeen Network, Tulsi Gabbard, head of the US National Intelligence Directorate, announced that the country’s previous strategy focusing on changing political regimes abroad has come to an end.
She emphasized, ”Our foreign policy approach over recent decades was based on overthrowing governments and attempting to impose American governance systems on other nations.”
Gabbard added, “For manny years, our approach involved intervening in crises we did not fully understand.Ultimately, these conflicts turned more allies into adversaries.”
Referencing developments in Palestine, she also noted that the ceasefire in Gaza remains fragile.
