Red Cross Hands Over 3 Bodies to Israeli Regime

The English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency ‌and Al Jazeera ⁢Qatar, reported that the Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth confirmed ‌Israel received ‍the bodies of three of its captives from the Red Cross.⁣ The remains have ⁤been transferred to occupied territories.

According to Israel’s Channel 12, Israeli forces sent these bodies to ​their forensic institute for identification and‌ verification.

Israeli sources have not yet officially disclosed the identities of these captives.

Two days earlier, Hamas had also delivered two Israeli prisoners’ bodies to the Red Cross.

The continued blockade of Gaza by ⁢Israel and obstruction in allowing entry of equipment and humanitarian aid make identifying Israeli captives’ remains‌ buried under tons of rubble extremely difficult.
