Israeli Defense Minister: Attacks on Lebanon Will Continue
The Israeli Defense Minister declared the regime’s war policy, stating that Tel Aviv’s attacks on Lebanon will not cease.
According too the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Israel’s Defense Minister Yisrael Katz announced that the Israeli military will continue its operations in Lebanon without pause.
Katz stated that Israeli forces will not withdraw from the so-called “security belt.”
Justifying Israel’s attacks on southern Lebanon, Katz claimed they have achieved an unprecedented calm in Galilee over the past 20 years.
The defense minister further threatened renewed strikes against Beirut, Lebanon’s capital. He said he warned the US envoy that if any of their towns are fired upon, Israel would respond by attacking Beirut.
