Israel Strikes Southern Lebanon Again, Leaving Several Dead and Wounded +Video
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing mehr News Agency, Al-Mayadeen network reported that four people were killed and three others wounded in an Israeli drone attack on a vehicle in the Doha Kafr Rumman area, part of Nabatieh district in southern Lebanon.
this attack coincides with statements by Israeli Defense Minister Yisrael Katz, who threatened Lebanon and claimed that the Israeli military will not halt its operations there.
He saeid: “Israeli forces will not retreat from the ‘security belt.'”
Katz justified Israel’s strikes on southern Lebanon,claiming: “An unprecedented calm has been achieved in Galilee over the past 20 years.”
The Israeli defense minister further threatened another strike on Beirut,the Lebanese capital. He stated: “I have told the US envoy that if any of our towns are fired upon,we will respond by attacking Beirut.”
