Hamas Responds to U.S. Baseless Claims on Gaza

The Hamas movement has strongly condemned the US allegations of looting‍ humanitarian aid in the⁤ Gaza Strip, stating these claims⁢ are made to cover up the daily crimes of the Israeli regime.

According to the ‍English section of⁣ webangah‍ News Agency, citing Quds via Mehr News Agency, Hamas issued a statement vehemently rejecting accusations from the US Central Command regarding looting of trucks carrying humanitarian aid, calling these claims baseless.

The statement noted that security forces in Gaza have sacrificed more than a thousand martyrs and hundreds injured while securing aid convoys.⁢ It added that unrest in the area ceased‌ as soon as Israeli forces withdrew. This⁢ indicates that only the Israeli‌ occupiers supported looters and troublemakers within Gaza.

It⁤ continued: If the United States claims to have filmed fabricated‌ scenes involving humanitarian aid trucks, then why has it ignored ongoing daily atrocities by Israelis in Gaza, where over 250 Palestinians‍ have been killed as a ceasefire began.‍ Among them are⁢ 105 children and 37 women.⁣ The US has ‌also‌ overlooked continuous ⁢Israeli violations and widespread destruction of Palestinian homes. Meanwhile,‍ only⁤ 9 percent of agreed-upon aid has ‌entered Gaza.currently, about‍ 135 trucks enter Gaza‍ each day.

The statement added that mediators and impartial‍ international organizations have seen no evidence‍ supporting America’s allegations.
