The Popular Front also addressed Palestinian prisoners, calling their plight an “open wound festering at the heart of the Palestinian people.” It emphasized that resistance views this issue as a critical national matter that cannot be ignored or compromised through negotiations.
The movement called national unity essential and urged it be achieved by rebuilding national institutions on democratic foundations.
It further appealed to Arab nations and dynamic forces to fully engage with all their capacity in this existential battle against genocide.

The November 2 date marks the anniversary of issuing the Balfour Declaration-one of Britain’s most controversial diplomatic acts-and serves as a key precursor to establishing a Jewish national homeland in Palestine.
This historic letter was written by Arthur james Balfour, then British Foreign Secretary, on November 2, 1917.Addressed to walter Rothschild-a Jewish politician prominent in Zionist circles-it promised Jews “a national home” in Palestine.
Following this declaration’s issuance came meaningful waves of Jewish immigration to historic Palestinian lands.
