Joulani Responds to Israeli Regime’s Attacks on Syria

Syria’s Foreign Minister, ⁣addressing Tel Aviv’s attacks ​on Syria, stated: We respond to Israel’s moves diplomatically. We are ⁤not advancing toward Israel but seeking to keep its threat at bay.

Syria is unwilling to be a focal point of conflict and​ aims to strengthen relations with all regional and international parties based on cooperation ⁣and ⁣interaction, said Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani,​ according to ​the English section of ‍ webangah News ⁢Agency, citing⁤ Mehr News Agency and Russia Al-Youm.

Al-Shaibani also highlighted ‍Syria’s pride in its ​cultural and ethnic diversity. He‌ emphasized efforts ‍to ‍extend cooperation‍ toward ‍allies and ⁣friends for achieving ⁣shared regional⁤ interests.

The‍ minister revealed ⁤that al-Joulani⁤ will visit the White House‍ in early November.

He stressed that⁣ discussions with Washington ​will focus‍ primarily on ‌Syria’s reconstruction and ​strengthening strategic ⁢partnership with ⁣the United States.

Regarding ​Israeli attacks on Syrian territory,​ al-Shaibani said Damascus responds with restraint and diplomacy. He added that Syria seeks to protect its interests without escalating conflicts or tensions.

He underscored Syria’s⁢ desire for a strong partnership with ‍the U.S.while handling Israel diplomatically: “we are not moving​ against Israel; rather, we aim to ‌keep its harm away from us.”
