Former Military Prosecutor of Israeli Army Reported Missing
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, Israeli sources announced on Sunday that the former military prosecutor of the israeli army has gone missing.
The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that Yifat Tomer-Yashar,the former military prosecutor,has been missing for several hours.After discovering her car, police launched an extensive search operation.
Another Israeli outlet, Israel Hayom, said a farewell letter was found in her vehicle.
The Israel Broadcasting Corporation added that she had been missing as early Sunday. Police found her car near Tel Aviv’s coast and discovered a letter suggesting she might be considering suicide at her home.
A spokesperson for the Israeli army said that the chief of staff ordered all forces to commit full efforts to locate the former military prosecutor.
However, shortly afterward, police claimed thay had found her alive amid concerns over potential media fallout from this scandalous case.
