Sudanese Ambassador to Egypt‍ Reports ⁤Use of Nerve Gas Against Residents of El⁤ Fasher by Rapid Support Forces

According to the English section of ⁣ webangah ⁢News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen, Emad Eldin Adawi, Sudan’s ⁤ambassador​ to Egypt, confirmed‌ that ‌the Rapid Support ‍Forces used prohibited nerve agents during their assault on the city of El Fasher.

He added that the use of such nerve gases is​ banned worldwide. Additionally, El Fasher has witnessed intense⁢ attacks with armored vehicles deployed​ and complete ⁣dialogue blackouts.The‍ Sudanese army decided to withdraw⁤ from the city to protect the lives ⁣of hostaged civilians.

Adawi stated: “What​ happened in El Fasher continues the same ​atrocities seen in Omdurman,Sennar,White⁢ Nile,and Al Geneina-wherever​ these ⁤forces ​have entered.​ they ‌hold racist views and beleive ⁤other ⁢human beings should ⁣be killed ⁤brutally. Who armed these ‌militias and finances them? Why is the UN Security Council not taking action?”

Sudan’s Minister Counselor for Social Welfare Affairs, Salimi Ishaq, also reported that within just two days after ‌starting ​their ⁣attacks on El‌ Fasher in‌ western Sudan, ⁤Rapid ‍Support Forces killed at ‌least⁤ 300 women.
