Major Scandal Shakes Israel; Wave of Arrests Hits Dozens of Zionist Officials

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and al-Manar, early this Monday morning, Israeli police forces raided trade union offices in the Occupied Territories as part of an examination into a large-scale financial corruption case. Several senior officials from these unions were arrested during the operation.
Among those detained are Arnon Bar-David, head of the union, his wife, and other prominent Israeli officials.
Israeli media report that dozens of detained officials will be interrogated on charges including accepting bribes and abusing thier official positions.
The scope of this case is so extensive that reports indicate up to 350 individuals are expected to be questioned.
Investigations reveal that insurance sector businessmen managed an organized corruption network within the Israeli trade union. They provided services in exchange for bribes by exploiting their positions. These secret investigations have been ongoing for two years and have now led to arrests of high-ranking Israeli officials.
Civil servants from municipalities such as Rishon Lezion, Kiryat Bialik, Kiryat Gat, and ashdod have also been detained alongside employees from railway companies and El Al Airlines.
This corruption case is considered one of the largest ever revealed in the Occupied Territories. Authorities expect more arrests in coming days.
