Venezuela Calls EU Aid to Caracas “Corruption and False Claims
Venezuela’s Foreign Minister rejects Brussels’ aid claims to Caracas, calling EU corruption and falsehoods intolerable.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Mayadeen via Mehr News Agency, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yvan Eduardo Gil Pinto stated that while the European Union talks about millions of euros in humanitarian aid for Caracas, not a single euro reaches the Venezuelan people.
The Venezuelan Foreign Minister added that the EU has not implemented any humanitarian projects in venezuela. Rather, all funds are diverted into the pockets of intermediaries and profiteering organizations. “The corruption and false claims by the European Union are now unbearable,” he said.
