Iraqi Court Sentences Female ISIS Member to Life Imprisonment

Iraqi sources reported that a woman was sentenced to life imprisonment for membership in the terrorist group ISIS adn promoting the organization.
The Central Criminal Court of Iraq sentenced a woman to life imprisonment today for her involvement with the terrorist group ISIS and for promoting its activities, according to webangah News Agency.
The Supreme Judicial Council of Iraq stated that the woman was part of ISIS’s covert cells and managed several social media channels and pages affiliated with the terrorist group.
She also belonged to ISIS’s central office responsible for media, publication, and archives, creating multiple fake pages to mislead security forces.
Her sentence was issued under Article 4 of Iraq’s 2005 Anti-Terrorism law.
