North Korea Conducts New Missile Test

Japan and south Korea claimed that North Korea launched a new ballistic missile toward the sea, though the missile’s exact nature remains unclear.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al Jazeera, South Korea and Japan announced that North Korea fired a ballistic missile from its eastern coast into the sea. This launch follows several missile tests conducted by Pyongyang in the past two weeks.
The South Korean military confirmed that the missile was launched from an area in northwestern North Korea near the Chinese border, heading east over the sea. However, thay have not yet identified the type of missile involved.
The Japanese government stated that North Korea fired what appears to be a ballistic missile, which likely landed outside Japan’s exclusive economic zone.
