Lebanon’s President and Prime Minister Respond to Escalating Zionist Regime Attacks

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Nashra, Joseph Aoun, President of Lebanon, addressed the recent Israeli attacks on his country.
During a meeting with a World Bank delegation at Baabda Palace, he stated that Lebanon remains committed to the ceasefire agreement, while Israel continues to occupy five hills and has intensified its assaults.
He called on the World Bank to support lebanon in this critical situation.
Separately, Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam reacted to yesterday’s extensive Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon, describing Israel’s escalation as hazardous.
The prime minister emphasized that efforts are underway to secure Arab and international backing to halt Israel’s aggressions.
It is indeed worth noting that the Israeli regime has increased its scope of attacks against Lebanon.
