Iraq’s Hezbollah: Our weapons are legitimate and will remain in our hands
The Kata’ib Hezbollah brigades in Iraq emphasized the legitimacy of their weapons as a means to defend the country.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, quoting Mehr news Agency and Shafaq News, Jafar al-Husseini, spokesperson for the Kata’ib Hezbollah brigades in Iraq, responded to U.S. attempts to disarm resistance forces by stating: “Our weapons are legitimate and organized.”
He added, “our weapons will remain in our hands.”
The Kata’ib Hezbollah brigades have previously stressed that resistance arms ensure Iraq’s security and serve as a defense against its enemies.
It is noteworthy that amid the active role of Iraqi resistance forces against terrorist groups linked to the U.S.,Baghdad faces pressure from its government to disarm these forces.
