North Korean Defense Minister Threatens Further Aggressive Actions Against the U.S

North Korea’s Defense Minister has announced plans for further aggressive ‌actions in response to increased U.S. military activity in the region.

The English section‍ of webangah‌ News‍ Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and north Korea’s official news agency, ⁢reported that on⁤ Saturday, No Kwang-chol ⁢condemned the arrival of a U.S. nuclear aircraft carrier in South Korea ‍and warned that Pyongyang will pursue‌ additional aggressive measures.

He described the recent joint air drills between the United States and South Korea,which concluded on Friday,as⁢ a source of increased tensions⁣ on the Korean Peninsula.

The North korean official also⁣ referred to Monday’s visit​ by⁣ U.S. secretary of Defense Pete​ Hegseth and South Korean Defense⁤ Minister An ​Gyu-bek to‍ Panmunjom village at the inter-Korean border as clear evidence of ​Washington⁢ and Seoul’s antagonistic stance and their determination‌ to confront North Korea.
