Moscow: Eight Ukrainian Drones Intercepted and Destroyed in Three Hours
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing RIA Novosti via Mehr News Agency, Russia’s Ministry of Defense issued a statement on Saturday announcing the destruction of Ukrainian drones over various regions in the country.
The ministry reported that Russian air defense systems intercepted and destroyed eight Ukrainian drones within just three hours over Russian territory.
Specifically, these uavs were shot down above areas including Novgorod, Kursk, Belgorod, Bryansk, Smolensk, and Moscow during this short timeframe.
This follows an earlier report from Russia’s Ministry of Defense stating that in the past 24 hours alone,they had neutralized 178 Ukrainian drones and two guided aerial bombs.
