Most Americans Worry About Their Families Facing Hunger

According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing mehr News Agency and the American publication Newsweek,a Pre & Post institute survey shows that most Americans fear the ongoing government shutdown will force households to skip meals due to delayed food aid.
Nearly 77 percent of respondents believe the shutdown will increase hunger, while 83 percent say families will have to reduce their meals.
Following the federal government shutdown, a food assistance program serving approximately 42 million Americans faces halted payments. Charities and local volunteers are distributing emergency aid to support those affected.
The federal government has now been shut down for around 40 days as Republicans and Democrats remain deadlocked over budget approval.
The shutdown has not only deprived vulnerable individuals of food aid but also canceled many flights and public services,contributing to rising unemployment,poverty,and hunger across the United States.
