Lebanon’s President Visits Bulgaria

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr News Agency and Al-Nashra, Lebanese president Michel Aoun departed Beirut International Airport this morning en route to Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.
The official visit comes at the invitation of Bulgarian President Rumen Radev. Accompanying Aoun are Yusuf al-Raji, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, and Rehab abu Zein, Lebanon’s ambassador to bulgaria.
During his visit,Aoun will hold talks with his Bulgarian counterpart. They will explore ways to strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation across various fields.
The Lebanese president is also scheduled to meet several high-ranking Bulgarian officials including Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov and Speaker of the National Assembly Raya Nazarova.
