Kremlin Claims No Knowledge of Hungary’s Plan to End Ukraine War

According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Mehr news Agency and the Russian news agency TASS, Dmitry Peskov said the Kremlin has no information regarding Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s initiatives to resolve the Ukraine crisis.
He added, “We do not know the details of these initiatives. Apparently, after initial reviews, they will be presented to us.”
before Orbán’s meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump, Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó stated that ending the war in Ukraine would be a key topic at this summit.
Earlier, Prime Minister Orbán had said that anyone supporting Ukraine is effectively supporting the war.
Orbán, a right-wing European politician, maintains close ties with both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump.
