Sayyid Ammar al-Hakim: Elections Will Shape Iraq’s Stability for the Next 20 Years

Seyed‍ Ammar Hakim emphasized the pivotal nature of⁤ Iraq’s current elections, stating that they ​will lay the foundation for lasting stability over the next 20 years. He urged citizens to actively participate to safeguard their​ rights.

The second nationwide phase of ‍Iraq’s sixth parliamentary elections began at 7 a.m. Baghdad time⁤ on Tuesday. Seyed Ammar Hakim, head of the National Forces Alliance, saeid these elections establish the basis for lasting stability for the next two‌ decades adn reflect a serious commitment to swiftly forming a government.

Hakim added that this election is crucial; just as the 2005 elections established democracy in Iraq, this vote will ‍set a‌ stable foundation ⁤for sustainable​ security over the coming twenty years.

The leader of Iraq’s ‍Hikma Movement expressed hope that people ‌would ‌engage in ‌broad,active,and informed participation at polling stations and place their trust in worthy candidates to lead Iraq toward enduring stability.

Hakim stressed ⁣that ‍voter turnout and making wise choices are essential to⁢ putting Iraq on ​the right path sence voting only takes minutes but its results last four years.

He called on Iraqi citizens⁤ to participate‍ actively ⁢in this‍ election to guarantee their rights. He noted that Iraq is progressing, citing as one indicator its agreement with coalition forces to end their‌ mission within the country.

He ‌also highlighted⁣ another sign of advancement: “We can⁤ form a government quickly because there is strong resolve to do so.”
