Nebras Abusudeh: Polling Stations Will Close at 6 PM Sharp

The Deputy Spokesperson of Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission emphasized that all polling stations will close promptly at 6 p.m., with no extension of voting hours.
Iraq’s Independent High Electoral Commission Deputy Spokesperson, Nebras Abu sudeh, affirmed that all polling stations open promptly at 7 a.m. and are operating normally to welcome voters.
He stressed that the voting boxes will close exactly at 6 p.m., and there is no plan to extend the voting period.
Abu sudeh also confirmed that electronic devices are pre-programmed to shut down at the designated closing time.
