Iraq’s Public Voting Process for Elections Concludes

The public voting process for Iraq’s parliamentary elections ended at 6:00 PM Baghdad time.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency,citing Al Jazeera,Iraq’s Self-reliant High Electoral Commission announced on Tuesday that all polling stations across the country closed precisely at 6:00 PM local time (6:30 PM Iran time).
The commission confirmed that no extension would be granted for voting.
Extensions are not possible as the electronic systems automatically shut down at the designated closing hour.
This measure aims to prevent fraud and expedite the proclamation of election results.
