Iraq Parliamentary Election Turnout Surpasses 55%
Official Iraqi sources have announced the voter turnout rate in the parliamentary elections.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Iraq’s official news agency (INA), the Iraqi Electoral Commission reported that after receiving results from 99.7% of polling stations, voter turnout has exceeded 55%.
The commission stated that a total of 12,003,043 citizens participated in both general and special voting across the country.
