French Foreign Minister: U.S. Actions in the Caribbean Violate International Law

French Foreign Minister Declares US Military Operations in the Caribbean a Clear Violation of International Law.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Reuters via Mehr News Agency, Jean-Yves Le Drian, speaking on the sidelines of the G7 Foreign Ministers meeting in Canada, warned that recent US military actions in the Caribbean contravene international law.
He added that Paris is monitoring these developments with concern,as over one million French citizens live in the region,and any escalation could threaten their safety.
The United States has conducted at least 19 attacks against vessels suspected of drug trafficking in the Caribbean Sea and along Pacific coastlines, resulting in 76 deaths.
