Iraq’s Preliminary Parliamentary Election Results Officially Announced

The Independent High Electoral Commission of Iraq has officially announced the preliminary results of the country’s parliamentary elections.
According to the English section of webangah News Agency, citing Al Jazeera, the preliminary results of coalition and party votes by Iraqi provinces where released today, Wednesday.
The commission reported a voter turnout of 57.11% and stated that the election process was conducted with high orderliness.
The statement from the Independent High Electoral commission confirmed that the elections took place under normal conditions in line with international standards. The manual counting and recounting process was completed, yielding fully consistent results.
