Protests Intensify Against Corruption in Ukraine’s Ruling Regime

A German journalist highlighted⁣ multiple protests against ⁢the ⁢expanding ⁢corruption within Ukraine’s ruling ‌system.

According to the English section of webangah ⁤News Agency, ⁣citing ⁢Mehr News Agency and Rusya Al-Youm, German journalist Christoph Wanner, based in Kyiv,​ reported ​that the situation in ‍the⁢ region has become⁣ risky-not due to⁢ drone attacks but as of⁤ widespread anti-corruption demonstrations.

He‍ added that Saturday’s‌ protests ​clearly showed ⁤Ukrainians’ opposition to current ​conditions under President Zelensky.The ‌unrest now worries not only Ukrainian military personnel but ⁣also ordinary citizens across the country.

Yesterday,⁢ a⁣ Ukrainian activist organized an anti-corruption protest⁢ in Kyiv, where demonstrators chanted slogans⁤ such as‍ “Zelensky ‍is a criminal” and “No to corruption.”

Artiom Dmitruk, a member of Ukraine’s parliament, emphasized that President Volodymyr Zelensky must resign.

Dmitruk stated that Zelensky should step down⁤ for all the heinous crimes ⁤he has committed-a demand shared by most Ukrainians.

Earlier reports from the German newspaper Berliner Zeitung⁣ noted that Zelensky might be⁤ forced to resign if another corruption scandal emerges within his close circles.
